Acrylic shower trays

Acrylic shower trays Polysan represent the highest quality in its segment. They are produced from cast acrylic reinforced with fiberglass. The bottom of the tray is reinforced with DTD board as well. The smooth seamlessness of acrylic’s surface presents another advantage and is also colour proportionate and UV-stable. The finished acrylic shower tray usually weighs between 11 and 17 kilograms. Shower trays have sufficient depth, so they are suitable for bathroom renovations, where small space does not allows to use the normal sized bath and combines the advantages of a bathtub and shower tray. The shower tray is equipped with an overflow.
Akripol
All Polysan acrylic bathtubs and shower trays are made of premium acrylic from the manufacturer Akripol. Akripol acrylic is developed for applications in sanitary environments. It is manufactured by casting 100 % PMMA acrylic between 2 sheets of glass. Its cross-laminated bond and specific chemical structure enables the production of high quality bathtubs, shower trays and other sanitary products. It offers a unique combination of properties including aesthetics, durability and a very smooth surface. The material is warm to the touch, easy to clean, UV resistant and fully recyclable.
